The Graduation Ceremony for the Class of 2025 was held on Saturday, August 16, 2025 | 11:00 A.M. at First Baptist Church of Manassas, Manassas, Virginia, Rev. Dr. Keith Savage, Pastor. Theme: “Honoring the Past, Celebrating the Present and Embracing the Future” Psalm 100:5 We had a total of 25 graduates; 22 graduates and 3 post graduates. The Valedictorian was Thelma A. Howard, Mount Zion Baptist Church, Triangle, Virginia, District #1. The Salutatorian was Teresa R. Hollingsworth of Alfred Street Baptist Church, Alexandria, Virginia, District #1. The guest preacher was Rev. Dr. Andre D. Ivy, Senior Pastor of Mount Zion Baptist Church, Arlington, Virginia. We were blessed by the Word brought forward by Rev. Dr. Ivy. His theme was “A ministry that makes God proud”. His text was taken from the scripture Romans 12:1-2. It was a powerful message encouraging all to have faith and keep smiling. We were also blessed with beautiful songs from the Mount Zion Baptist Choir. Congratulations to all of the Graduates!
