Greetings Fellow Doorkeepers,

It is my distinct honor and privilege to greet you in this April edition of The Doorkeeper on behalf of the National Board of Directors. We pray all is well with you and your family.

The Board of Directors had a productive Mid-Winter meeting at the convention host hotel in Phoenix, Arizona, on February 19-20, 2025. We are delighted to share with the membership that we did not cut our room block. Since we were only 109 room nights away from the 75% guaranteed room block, we decided that by June 1 st at least five members would reserve a room for a minimum of six nights. However, please remember that the longer you wait to reserve your lodging reservation, your preferred room will not be available, especially double/double rooms, because they are limited. There are numerous sightseeing opportunities while attending the 106 th National Convention in Phoenix, Arizona. The Board of Directors was amazed at the various Cactuses in the area. Phoenix is a vibrant city filled with cultural and historical treasures, from world-class museums to exciting outdoor adventures and some of the best Mexican and Southwestern cuisine in the United States.

Please continue to pray for a blessed and spirit-filled 106th National Convention in Phoenix, Arizona, July 21 – 25, 2025. Let us pray for overflowing attendance, meaningful fellowship, and transformative worship.

Let us keep in our prayers those who are sick, shut-in, bereaved, or in need of comfort and support. May our collective faith and compassion uplift them during these times.

May we continue to grow in faith and service, embracing all the opportunities God places before us.
