“ Ushers Committed to Doing the Will of God. ” Romans. 12:2
Praise and honor to our Wise Heavenly Father, our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and the Holy Ghost. Honor to our National President Dr. Linda Pates, Board of Directors ' Chairman Pansy Bradley - Cooper and Board M embers, fellow Vice - Presidents Sis . Donna A. Hines, Bro . Anthony Powell, and Rev. Dr. Travis Harden, Past National Presidents, officers; past and present, Young Adult President Jamal Edwards - Frayer, Junior & Young People 's President Brian Valentine and the entire NUCUAA, Inc., Family. As we prepare to embark on our 106 th National Convention in Phoenix, Arizona our commitment should truly be to do the Will of God, Romans 12:1 instructs us to present our bodies a living sacrifice, as we are admonished to “ prove what is that good and acceptable Will of God. ” Regretting to remember that many are being called from this world, however Jesus stated in John 9:4, “ I must work the works of Him that sent me while it is day, the night cometh, when no man can work. As we prepare for our 106 th convention each of us can enhance the growth of our organization through encouragement, expressing new ideas, and most important, doing the will of God. The will of God includes “ everyone be saved and come unto the knowledge of the truth. ” 1Tim 2:4.
NUCUAA, Inc., must be more than doorkeepers, we must help build God ’ s Kingdom. We must be a light to all. We should encourage those that are out of the Ark of Safety to come to God, serving God
as ushers involves ministering to others. We are a Ministry. We can continue to grow if we focus on that good and perfect Will of God. Anxiously waiting to enjoy the fellowship with my NUCUAA Family in Phoenix, Arizona in July 2025. We will not focus on the weather conditions that our God controls. We will focus on God controlling the conditions of our spirit, heart.
Blessing His Holy Name Always,

GENERAL CONVENTION CHAIRMAN
It is with great pleasure to welcome you to the Valley of the Sun, Salt River Valle y and the 10 th largest state by population in these United States.
The success of a conference lies not solely with the distinguished leaders, but the awe - inspiring members who commit their time and efforts to communing with fellow ushers. In 1919, a similar - minded group of dedicated spiritual servants marched down 1400 Christian Street in Philadelphia during the African American Great Migration north. These spiritual warriors prospered despite extraordinary trials and tribulations of that era. As Jesus said to his disciples “ If you have faith as small as a mustard seed, it is enough. You can say to this mountain, ‘ Move from here to yonder, ’ and it will be moved. Nothing will be impossible for you" (Matt hew 17:20). The National United Church Ushers Association of America, Inc. was organized 106 years ago and remains as resilient as ever. God has not called us to be solely successful in our professional lives; He has called us to be faithful and increase his fold. The Ushers ’ Association is nurtured not only by our spiritual forefathers, but by each one of you. Each of you are charged with increasing the fold.
To the 106th National United Church Ushers Association of America, Inc. Convention, the Western Region looks forward to welcoming you to Ph o enix, Arizona and I am honored to serve as your 106th General Convention Chairman.
In Christ,
Mozella E. Brown
Convention Chairman
