We encourage you to consider arriving early or staying a few extra days to explore the area's beauty and attractions.

Hotel Destination Fee : When you make your reservation for the convention, you may see a Destination Fee of $200.00 on your receipt. Please be informed that this fee will be waived for the NUCUAA convention at check - in, if not before. Preferred Payment Method: The preferred payment method is a major Credit Card. If you use a credit card to make your reservation and have to cancel the reservation for any reason by Friday, June 26, 2025, cancellation date, your full refund will be returned to your credit card immediately instead of waiting possibly thirty (30) days if you use a debit card. Reservation Guarantee : To guarantee a reservation, the hotel charges a deposit of one night ’ s room rate of $163.23 for each room reserved. The charge is deducted from the total bill upon checkout. Early Departure Fee : Any individual wishing to change their departure date may do so until check - in time without any fee. Any departure changes after this point will be subject to the hotel ’ s standard early departure fee of $75.00. Guests will not be charged for any unforeseen emergency or medical emergency, which will be taken into consideration on a case - by - case basis.
