Doorkeeper July 2025

The School of Ushering in Sacramento was held at Grace Missionary Baptist Church on the 2 nd Saturday of each month, and on the 4 th Saturday it was held on Zoom. Both schools were well attended. Sacramento Ushers over the last few months have ushered at several funerals and memorial services for committed doorkeepers. We loss Mother Rubye Johnson, 105 years old, Member of Shiloh Baptist Church. Mother Rubye Johnson attended State, Region and National Conventions for many years. She worked with the Public Relations Department and served as Founding Counselor of the Sacramento Valley District Young Adult Department.

Sacramento Valley District continues to Usher and support the City-Wide Revival held by the Ministers of the Northern District. We look forward to attending the Fall School of Ushering Graduation in September.
