Dallas Interdenominational Church Ushers Lucille Valley School of Ushering Graduation & 101 st City Convention

Graduation Ceremony – May 20, 2025

The Lucille Valley School of Ushering held its graduation ceremony on Tuesday, May 20th, in Dallas, Texas. We were proud to welcome over 50 guests in attendance to celebrate the accomplishments of our graduates:

A special shout- out to Danita Williams, who will be taking her instructor’s exam next month, best of luck! Our deepest appreciation goes to our school chair and co-chairs, Pamela Newman, Saundra Ray, and Alice E. Walker, for their outstanding leadership and dedication throughout the school year. Dallas 101 st City Convention The 101 st City Convention was a spirit-filled success, hosted by Rev. Darrel C. Hammond and the Japonica Missionary Baptist Church, where Pamela Newman serves as Usher President. We were blessed with a powerful address from City President Sonja Merida and an awesome sermon and fellowship among believers. Twelve churches participated in the convention; we had a great time.
