Greetings to Junior & Young People Department

First, giving thanks to my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, hello, I’m Adaisha Wells. I am filled with gratitude that I have been elected to serve as your 2025-2026 37th National Junior and Young People Department President. I am deeply grateful to God and you for the opportunity to serve. I want to thank the National United Church Ushers Association of America and the National Junior and Young People Department for this amazing opportunity. I want to give to this organization with was given to me years ago. I thank each department and each person for keeping this foundation alive. I hope to give my best and my all to accomplish the things that are needed for our National Junior and Young People Department. So, again, I, Adaisha Wells, thank each and every one of you for your voices. I wish blessings upon each and every one of you. Some goals I wish to achieve and establish are as follows: • Attendance growth in our department • Advocate for more educational, and fun outings for our department • Community Service • Strengthening our lines of communication throughout and with other departments I am looking forward to celebrating and serving with you all at our 107 th National Convention in July 2026.
