Pastor Dennis Douglas Blakely of Promise Land Missionary Baptist Church home going services was held on Monday, February 3, 2025, at St. John Baptist Church, Rev. Michael Chapman, Pastor. Rev. Blakely was a former usher and spent 35 years in broadcasting. He dedicated himself to teaching and preaching through various ministries, including Hour of Power, Bible Study and outreach efforts of City Mission and Cornerstone Manor. We know his spirit will live on through the numerous lives he touched.

On Sunday March 2, 2025, Pastor Rev. Mark Blue of the Second Baptist Church, Lackawanna, New York celebrated his 23rd Pastoral Anniversary with guest speaker Rev. Dwayne R. Gillison Sr. of the Mount Olive Baptist Church, Buffalo, New York.

Rev. Bennie D. Jemison, Sr., Pastor of the Trinity Baptist Church, Buffalo, New York celebrated his 20 th Pastoral Anniversary with a soul food dinner immediately following morning service, Sunday, March 9, 2025. His leadership extends to forming a dedicated building committee, united in the goal of constructing a new church, further solidifying his legacy of faith and community.
