After dinner, presentations were made to the honorees. Nadine was introduced by her son William Bowler, and Merriel Scroggins was introduced by Usher Helene Ward. Both received gifts from the region, state, church, and family. The Host Pastor gave words of encouragement. Usher Anthony Powell, Western Region Director, Usher Alvin Nurse, Western Region Board of Directors, and Usher Anthony Dabney, Colorado State President, delivered positive and uplifting remarks. The Host Pastor, Rev. T. E. Hendricks, gave the benediction, concluding the 62nd Western Region Conference.

The Western Region Ushers extend their heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Eddie Bates, Western Region Chaplain, for her unwavering dedication and commitment to our organization. Despite the recent loss of her husband, she continued to attend and support us. The Colorado Ushers express their sincere appreciation to everyone who contributed to the success of this conference. Your participation was invaluable.

The 62nd Western Region Conference concluded with shared moments of reflection, unity, and gratitude. Each participant left with inspiring memories and a renewed commitment to their mission. The dedication and hospitality of the hosting team were evident throughout, leaving a lasting impression on attendees.
