The state convention was held at Greater White Oak M.B. Church in Utica on June 7. We had a wonderful fellowship in the name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Accolades to State President Ron Jones and members who are making strides in recruiting new churches to join the Mississippi State Association of Church Ushers. The state’s goal is to start School of Ushering classes in September 2025. The state of Mississippi, along with the other Southern Region States, is planning to attend the 106 th National United Church Ushers Association of America, Inc., Convention in Phoenix, Arizona. Let’s continue to pray for our organization, the sick, the shut-in, the bereaved, military men and women, and their families, as well as the world. Prayers change situations. Rejoice in the Lord always. Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:6-7)

May God Bless You and Keep You in His Care! Stay Safe, Healthy, and Strong!
